Worms: A Space Oddity is Wii-Bound

To me, one of the best turn-based strategy games that I have ever played was Worms: Armageddon. There was just something utterly fantastic about controlling a single invertebrate at a time, sending exploding sheep and shouting hadouken at my pink, squishy opponents. And soon, I will be able to enjoy the explosive action on the Nintendo Wii.
THQ has announced that they are working on Worms: A Space Oddity for the Nintendo Wii and it’ll hit the remote-waggling console sometime next Spring. They say that the new title will feature a whole new style “inspired by classic Sci-Fi looks.” We have no idea what this new look will be, because THQ has yet to release any screenshots.
Perhaps the best news of all is that you’ll be able to take Worms: A Space Oddity online, challenging up to three other squads of worms. Awesome…
