Wii Fit To Arrive May 20

And the accessories barrage continues. Wii Fit has already been launched in Japan and it seems to be doing quite well for itself. I guess Japanese people really enjoy step aerobics or something. But when will the Balance Board and exercise game arrive on our shores>

Chalk this one up in the rumor column, but there’s word floating around that Wii Fit will launch in the United States (and Canada by association) “as soon as May 20th.” This is completely unconfirmed and unsubstantiated, of course, but seeing how Nintendo has yet to make any sort of official release announcement for us, it’s the best we got.

Wii Fit is supposed to be another killer app for the Nintendo Wii, drawing in even more casual gamers and exercise gurus. We’ve already seen the implementation of Wii Sports in gyms, after all.
