Top Spin 3 Smashes Its Way to Nintendo DS

Spring is just around the corner, but depending where you are, the courts may still be filled with snow, ice, rain, and all sorts of other nasty weather conditions. Thankfully, you will soon be able to enjoy some crazy tennis action on the Nintendo DS via Top Spin 3 from the guys at 2K Sports.

As can be expected from the Top Spin franchise, this third iteration will come packed with all sorts of real-life tennis superstars, both male and female. On the guys side, you get dudes like Roger Federer, Tommy Haas, and Andy Roddick. Representing the ladies will be the lovely Maria Sharapova, Justine Henin, and Amelie Mauresmo, among others.

I’m not sure about the DS version, but the press release also makes mention of three “classic legends” that will be in the game: Boris Becker, Bjorn Borg and Monica Seles. Look for Top Spin 3 this Spring.
