The Most Epic Time Waster of All Time

Some people say that casual games are a waste of times. Others agree, saying that the wasting of time is precisely the purpose of random online casual games and that’s why they are called time-wasters. Maybe you’re sitting in your cubicle and you’re looking for a random diversion. Maybe you’re trying to muscle your way through a term paper that is due tomorrow and you just need a well-deserved break. Whatever the case, time wasters can be absolutely invaluable.

Yes, we’ve all embarked on a journey of Solitaire or maybe some online Bejeweled, but even these games are more involving that some of the other titles out there. Maybe you played that game where you get a whack a penguin, seeing how far you can launch it,. Even then, you actually have to do something. That’s not the case with Don’t Shoot the Puppy. In fact, it’s the exact opposite.

The goal of this remarkably simple online casual game is, well, to not shoot the puppy. The poor dog is placed in the middle of a line-drawn environment and there happens to be a huge gun pointed right at it. If you so much as touch any key on your keyboard, click your mouse, or even move your mouse pointer, the puppy gets it. And you lose. If you want to waste time, this is probably the biggest waste of time of a casual game that you’ll ever encounter. I’m sure the developers will take that as a compliment.
