Street Fighter IV: A Rose by Any Other Name

I’ve been having an absolute blast hadouken-ing and sonic boom-ing my way through Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix on the Xbox 360, but there’s a bigger fighting game just on the horizon and it’s gearing up to be one of the best and most visually stunning games in the franchise’s history. Stories surrounding Street Fighter IV have been swirling around for a while and now Capcom has finally finalized the roster.

The last character to join in on the street fighting action is none other than Rose, pictured above. For those of you not as familiar, Rose joins us from Street Fighter Alpha. A fortune teller from Genoa, she faces off against M. Bison. She foresees great doom and he’s the source of it. Her Soul Power acts as the opposite to Bison’s Psycho Power.

With the announcement of Rose, this brings the total roster in Street Fighter IV up to 25 characters.
