Sonic’s Super Final Smash is Super Golden

I want Super Smash Bros. Brawl and I want it now. I know you do too, but we’re all going to have to wait until Nintendo is good and ready to release the highly anticipated fighting game. In the meantime, we’re left to nibble on little morsels of information. Think of them as appetizers, because they don’t really ruin your appetite; they just make you hungrier for the main course.

Take the most recent announcement over at the official Smash Bros. dojo, for example. As you may already know, each of the combatants in the game will be given some sort of Super Smash or Final Smash move that’s designed to blow away the competition. Sonic the Hedgehog’s Smash was just revealed and it turns out that it’s quite the golden maneuver.

By combining all the Chaos Emeralds, our favorite speedy hedgehog transforms into a golden fighter, hurriedly rushing around the screen with vicious attacks. And those attacks are unblockable. Naturally, he does these at Sonic speed too. Cool.
