Gamespot has a review of Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations, giving it a score of 7.5. Here’s what they had to say:

With the next game in the series set to focus on a whole new cast of characters, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations brings this three-game story arc to a satisfying conclusion. It’s just a shame that Capcom didn’t do more to spice up a formula that feels a tad bit stale here. If you’ve played and loved the first two Phoenix Wright games–flaws and all–you’ll be plenty happy with Trials and Tribulations. It’s a good game. Case Closed.

I’m more than a little sad to say goodbye to Phoenix Wright because I enjoyed the previous titles so much. The series has featured excellent storytelling, compelling cases and, most of all, memorable characters. Phoenix and his supporting cast, notably his friend and rival Miles Edgeworth, are written and presented beautifully and humorously, creating an experience that’s entertaining and funny at the same time.

The Ace Attorney series will continue in Apollo Justice. I’m already having a little trouble letting go.
