Preview Xbox 360 Avatars with Free Demo

The new Xbox Dashboard is supposed to bring about all sorts of changes and one of the most notable inclusions will the introduction of Xbox Avatars. Their comparison to the Mii characters found on the Nintendo Wii is undeniable, but I don’t think anyone at Microsoft is going to own up to that.

In any case, if you want to get a good look at what the Xbox Avatars are going to be all about, look no further than Xbox Live and your ability to download the latest demo for the newest Scene It game. No, you won’t be able to customize your character just yet, but you do get to pick from some pre-rendered Avatars that will give you a sense of what to expect. Scene It? Box Office Smash will have full support of Xbox Avatars.
