Preview: Dawn of War 2′s Tyranids
If you feel like you’ve been dealt a short stack with the exclusion of the Tyranids from the previous Dawn of War games, then Dawn of War 2 should be very pleasing to you. The aliens are finally getting the video game treatment and here’s a short preview:
Aside from the gameplay, the environments are also worth mentioning. They certainly look nice, but there’s something unsettling about the visuals at first glance. Maybe that’s intended, considering the very alien nature of the Tyranids. Considering the critical acclaim that the original Dawn of War games gathered, its sequel certainly has a lot to live up to. We’ll keep you posted as more information regarding the game becomes available.
