November 19 for Skate It

Tony Hawk? Who is Tony Hawk? If it was up to Electronic Arts, his name would probably be stricken from skateboarding history, because the game developer would much rather you subscribe its Skate franchise of skateboarding games.

The latest entry into the Skate series is Skate It, a game that will is destined for release on the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS on November 19. The DS version makes use of stylus controls, but what makes this creation particularly interesting is that the Wii version gives you the option of skating using the Wii Balance Board! If you enjoyed the snowboarding exercise in Wii Fit, you’ll probably love playing Skate It with the Balance Board.

Don’t have Wii Fit? Still having trouble finding one in stores? No worries, because Skate It for the Wii can also be played with a Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Then again, you’ll want the Balance Board if you want the full experience.
