No Online For Wii Guitar Hero III After All?

BBPS is reporting that the team behind Guitar Hero III is having second thoughts about taking the musical odyssey online with the Nintendo Wii. Back in April when he heard of the Wii-tastic version of the Guitar Hero franchise, the developers said that not only would Wii owners be able to download new content, but they’d also be able to jam online with fellow rock stars.

Now, they’re singing a different tune. Bryan Lam of RedOctane says “we’re working closely with Nintendo for an online solution, though at the moment we’re unable to confirm the status of the online multi-player.”
