Nintendo Wii For Less Than $200?

Gizmodo has some rumours on the price tag for the Nintendo Wii. It looks like it might come out as low as $200 (USD) or less. It was originally rumoured that it would launch with a $249 price tag, but there are a few big names predicting it will come in even less, making it the cheapest system by far in the next generation race.

I don’t think that the price will really matter, as I think it would have many fans and buyers even with a $300 price tag which would make it the same price as the Core version of the Xbox 360.

It will be interesting to see how much it ends up costing, as well as the prices of the accessories, games, and downloadable content.
