More Video Game Love From Cereal Maker

kellogg-guitarhero.JPG

Kellogg’s is really digging the video game thing, capitalizing on this growing industry in every way imaginable. Yesterday, i wrote about how the Nintendo Wii got some free (?) exposure in a recent Kellogg’s cereal ad and it seems that today, Kellogg’s is taking that a little further.

The next time you pick up a big box of Frosted Flakes, you’ll be treated to a free Guitar Hero game. Before you get too excited, you should note that this is the el cheapo keychain style Guitar Hero game and not the upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour with its (almost) full-size guitar, mic, and drum set. The Guitar Hero mini game will be available on specially marked boxes of Mini-Wheats, Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Corn Pops, and Rice Krispies.
