Lumines Supernova Coming to PS3 via PSN

Although it may not have had the most fascinating story or intricate gameplay mechanics, I think that most people would agree that Lumines is easily one of the best and most complete games available on the PSP. You’ve been rocking the portable version for quite some time now, so it’s good to hear that Lumines is finally coming home to the PlayStation 3.

No, they’re not getting some crazy high-def version that will cost you fifty bucks. Instead, Lumines Supernova is being ported through the PlayStation Network (PSN), the online store that you’ve come to known and love for downloadable content. The Q-Entertainment music-puzzle game has already been available on Xbox Live Arcade, so it’s good to see it on the PS3 as well.

It’s got some extra modes and psychedelic music, as well as two-player support. Look for it on the PSN some time this fall.
