Literally Kick Your Way Into Star Power

The hardest part of Rock Band for me is playing the drums, largely because it involves both my hands and my feet. I’m sorry, but I’m just not coordinated enough to use more than two limbs at a time. That could explain why I totally rock on the guitar, but I’m sub-par on the drums. Other people seem to have differing opinions, because React has come out with a set of foot pedals for PS2 Guitar Hero freaks.

Instead of slamming on the whammy bar and tilting your guitar when you want to enter Star Power, you can use this wireless set of pedals — powered by 4 AA batteries — to get the distortions during your sustains and to kick yourself into Star Power using the associated pedals. I personally think this is a pretty stupid idea, especially for $25, but real guitarists may prefer it. This is because there are countless “effects” pedals available for real guitars that are designed to replace the whammy bar.

I don’t know. Would you want something like this?
