King Of Fighters XII Preview

Not to be outdone by Street Fighter IV, King of Fighters made its presence felt in Japan recently. Here’s a preview for The King of Fighters XII:

Previous incarnations of the KOF series used years rather than part numbers, so there was KOF ’95, KOF 96 and so on. It’s nice to see Roman numerals for a change. What’s even better is that the sprites are new instead of recycled, so everyone’s getting a makeover. As for gameplay changes and updates, no information is available yet. To be honest, as long as SNK Playmore does Mai correctly, I don’t really care.
