Halo 3 Leaked Onto the Internet

Ew… Master Chief is leaking! Or rather, a copy of the highly anticipated Halo 3 for the Xbox 360 has been leaked onto the interwebs by a group of pirates. The 6.14GB file can be downloaded from a number of less-than-legal websites and then transferred over to hacked Xbox 360 video game systems. And this comes a full weekend before the official Halo 3 launch on September 25th (that’s this Tuesday, in case you’re not already in line). Obviously, we’re not going to post the link here, so proceed with caution if you want to find the pirated version yourself.

If you’re inclined to stay in the legal side of the yard but don’t want to fork over the mega bucks for the new FPS and funky replica helmet, there’s a contest being held over at the FutureLooks forums wherein they are giving away a copy of the Halo 3: Legendary Edition.
