First BlizzCast Is Live

Episode 1 of the previously-reported Blizzard podcasts is online. They’ve even got a transcript you can use to follow the conversation. Music, as always, sets the mood.

The first part takes us to a discussion regarding art design. We meet Sam Didier, the man behind the Pandaren and the Dark Templar and Zergling art for StarCraft II. The second part takes us to a talk with Jeff Kaplan. Patch 2.4 for World of Warcraft will feature the Sunwell Plateau raid dungeon and it’s going to mean serious business because it’s for people in Tier 6 gear. That means very high-level armor and weapons for those unfamiliar with WoW.
