Final Fantasy XIII Gameplay Footage
I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen enough preview videos and screenshots of Final Fantasy XIII to stop bothering looking at the new ones. Why? Because all of them seem to be taken from CGI intros and movies. I’d like to look at actual gameplay shots, thank you very much. It looks like Square Enix has finally decided to give us a little taste of that with this in-game clip. Check it out.
While it’s not exactly a start-to-finish encounter, it’s more than what I’ve seen over the past few months. The fights look fun and dynamic, with visuals that match the usual flair that Final Fantasy is known for. What I’m saying is that it looks good. I hope that the next preview clips show us more in-game footage. The fancy CGI shots are really getting old by now.
