FIFA World Cup 2010 Is Here – Real Tournament Coming Next Month

If you are a footy fan, June 11th can’t come fast enough. That’s when the best soccer players in the world come together and compete for the glory and prestige of the World Cup in South Africa.

However you don’t have to wait until June to get into the spirit of World Cup soccer. Just recently, EA Sports has released their 2010 World Cup game and by all accounts they’ve scored a golden goal with fans of the ever-popular genre.

The big question on the mind of many gamers is whether the 2010 World Cup game is worth owning if you already own FIFA 10?

Short answer is, maybe. The 2010 World Cup game has some noticeable improvements to gameplay and presentation that clearly give you a glimpse into what will eventually be FIFA 11. However, the World Cup version is capable of standing on its own thanks to an exceptional level of detail that really give the game a distinct World Cup flavour and atmosphere.
