Deca Sports Official Trailer

When the Nintendo Wii first launched, we had a ball with Wii Sports. I became particularly proficient in Tennis and Bowling, but I was somewhat disappointed with the implementation of Boxing. Along the way, we’ve come across several other mini-game compilations for NIntendo’s wave-tastic gaming console and now Hudson is jumping into the arena with a little sporting number of their own.

Deca Sports, as its name implies, is comprised of ten sporting events. The styling and feel was clearly inspired by the original Wii Sports, but because it’s not an official Nintendo title, it lacks any sort of Mii integration. Instead, you choose from some rather generic cartoony characters. In the preview video above, you get to see three of the ten events.

I don’t know. I think I’m having too much fun with Smash Bros. and Mario Kart to be bothered with this title.
