Dawn Of War 2 Trailer Features The Orks

Relic has released a new trailer for Dawn of War 2 featuring the Orks. Check out the clip.

The first thing I noticed was how good the game looked. The original was graphically impressive so it seems like the sequel is going to be the same. The visuals are good enough to be used for the game’s movies, thanks to the shadow effects and camera angles that add a cinematic flair to the action.

I’ve never been much for the Orks in the first Dawn of War, but those rocket artillery units certainly caught my eye. Prepare to smear plenty of blood and gore across the battlefield because Dawn of War 2 is going to feature the same type of visceral combat that the original established, maybe even more. That last shot of the tank hitting a squad sent a wave of red splattering all over the place. That’s certainly something to look forward to.
