Bomberman Wii To Boast Mii Support
What? I don’t know about you, but that just sounds odd to me.
Seeing Mii characters in games like Wii Sports and Wii Play is one thing, but when you start tossing in fan creations of Barack Obama and Michael Jackson into a game like Bomberman, you’ve got to scratch your head just a little. Either way, it seems like that’s the possible direction that Hudson is taking with their upcoming Bomberman title for the Wii. Strangely, they have not yet decided whether it will be a traditional disc game or if it will be available as WiiWare.
Bomberman Wii will have three game modes: story, battle, and “My First Bomberman”, the last of which “teaches the game’s basics and new weapons with a series of lessons.” Oh, and that part about Mii support?
The 39-stage story mode charges you with the quest of saving your system’s Miis.
Thank goodness. I thought that cute bombing dude was getting replaced with Miis.
