Amazon goes on Nintendo price-cutting spree

Nintendo price cuts at Amazon

Hurray for price cuts! I don’t know about you but I’m quite the bargain hunter, and it’s pretty tough for me to splurge on a whole whack of video games, especially at launch prices. For example, I only have two games for my Nintendo Wii — Rayman Raving Rabbids and Zelda: Twilight Princess — thus far, despite having the motion sensitive console for a solid two months now. As such, I was pretty happy to come across this list from House of Nintendo, pointing out a whole bunch of titles for the Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance, and GameCube available through Amazon.com for prices well below the MSRP.

As it is Amazon.com instead of .ca, you will probably have to pay for shipping on these items if you’re north of the 49th parallel like me. Also bear in mind that these prices are in USD.

* Big Brain Academy (DS) – $15.99

* Cooking Mama (DS) – $15.99

* Star Fox: Assault (GC) – $15.99

* Super Mario Sunshine (GC) – $15.99

* Lego Star Wars (GC) – $15.99

* Super Mario Advance (GBA) – $15.99

* The Sims 2 (DS) – $15.99

* Brain Boost: Beta Wave/Gamma Wave (DS) – $15.99
