AGEIA CellFactor Demo Released

For those of you lucky enough to have a PhysX card in your computer, you can now download a demo of CellFactor, a game that was shown all over the internet a month or two ago, in various videos showing off what the PhysX card can do to help with physics processing in games.

CellFactor is basically your normal FPS, except you have some cool Jedi-like abilities in being able to pull, or push objects. It looks very cool.

PhysX Owners can now get in on the action with the hot new hardware physics accelerated title: CellFactor: Combat Training from Artificial Studios and Immersion Games. All you need is a PhysX accelerator and a decent gaming rig, and you’re ready to get fragging. This demo is multiplayer-enabled and playable offline with customizable bots.

Currently, reviewers find nothing worth having in the PhysX cards, except that it can provide a much more immersive gameplay in games that support it, and CellFactor definetly uses the PhysX card to the max.

I really wish I could try out this demo…
