2007: What Remains On The Hotlist

With just two months left after this one, 2007 is closing. What other titles can we look forward to? MEGATONik has a list. Assassin’s Creed and Contra 4 are things you already know about. What about Crysis?

Similar to Far Cry, Crysis will be an open-ended game, with many ways to complete objectives. The “Nano Muscle Suit” and weapons are capable of being modified with devices, including suppressors, telescopic sights, and targeting lasers. The suit is capable of four modes: armor, strength, speed, and cloak, which can all be changed on-the-fly according to the playing style of the player. The AI also aims to be realistic and believable. Enemy soldiers will constantly use tactical maneuvers, work in squads, hide and ambush within the environments. They will also adapt to changing environments and conditions. AI soldiers will also respond to sound and subtle movements triggered by the player’s movement.

Look for Crysis on the PC. It’s set to be released on the Second week of November.
